Robin’s Hope Groups start at 1 pm on Monday. See the calendar for specific start times. Yoga is offered at 10 am on Wednesdays.

Group classes are offered on Wednesdays from 10 to 11. This class is open to ages 13 and up. This class is appropriate for any experience level and is trauma-sensitive. Individual sessions may be scheduled by contacting Leah Lingus. Yoga is a holistic way of life that integrates all elements of ancient knowledge to restore balance to the body, mind, and soul. It is a comprehensive set of spiritual practices designed to enable us to realize the greater universe of consciousness that is our true nature. The term Yoga means to unite, coordinate, harmonize, work, or transform. It refers to the linking of all aspects of our being, from the physical body to our highest intelligence, with the true or universal Self that dwells within the heart. This process occurs in different forms and stages relative to the condition of the individual and variations of time, place, and culture.
Monday 1-2:30 pm. Arts and crafts activities are offered as vehicles to express emotion.
Mondays from 3-4 pm. Brene Brown’s books on vulnerability, shame, and authenticity will be discussed and explored. We are currently discussing I Thought It Was Just Me, But It Isn’t.
Wednesdays 11:30-12:30 pm. Book Group and Zentangles – This is a group book study time for The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel VanDerKolk along with time to learn and practice Zentangles.
Walk in the Neighborhood
Mondays 4 to 4:30 allows participants to walk in the neighborhood around the office or simply socialize and get to know each other better.
Wednesdays 2:45-3:15 pm.
Comfort and Compassion
Mondays from 4:30 to 5:30. Self Care and Compassion – Group explores themes of self-acceptance, positive self-image, forgiving self, and embracing the disowned self.
RISE! Resilience Support Group
Monday evening from 6 to 8 pm, this group is for adults impacted by traumatic life events. The group will focus on building resilience and moving from “surviving” difficult events to “thriving” in a fulfilling life.
Wednesday evening 6 to 8 pm
Life Skills Group
Wednesday from 1:00-2:30 pm. This is a time for people to set goals, learn, and build on a variety of different life skill topics. Topics will change from week to week
Wednesday from 3:30-5:30 pm. Each month we will spotlight a crafting project and make as many as we can. The items made during this time are sold in the community to help fund our program. You do not need any special talents for this group. Come on out. Many hands make light work. We will have guest speakers on topics of interest from participants one week out of every month during this time.
