Monthly Movie Night

Third Sundays – 6:30-8:30 pm

On the third Sunday of each month, we will be having a Zoom viewing of a movie followed by a short discussion reflecting on identified themes and insights. All movies are rated PG.

Art – Repurposed Resilience: Making Breaking Beautiful

Sundays 4:00-5:30 pm. 

Arts and crafts activities that encourage artistic expression in a supportive and accepting atmosphere.

Book Groups

Mondays from 3-4 pm.  Brene Brown’s books on vulnerability, shame, and authenticity will be discussed and explored.  We are currently discussing Rising Strong.

Wednesdays 11:30-12:30 pm. This is a group book study time for The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel VanDerKolk.

Seeking Safety

Tuesdays from 6-8 pm.

Overwhelming feelings and emotional pain can be difficult to manage. Individuals may develop patterns in dealing with trauma that rely upon coping skills that are unsafe or have become problematic, keeping people stuck in patterns that no longer work for them and cause even more harm. Seeking safety is a treatment model that seeks to provide new and safe coping skills. This weekly, 2-hour discussion group encourages participants to increase their own repertoire of safe coping skills through group discussion and games using a Seeking Safety Card Deck.


Mondays from 4:30 to 5:30 pm.

This group explores boundaries, how to set them, how to enforce them, how to identify healthy ones.

RISE! Resilience Support Group

Monday evening from 6 to 8 pm

Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm.

This group is for adults impacted by traumatic life events.  The group will focus on building resilience and moving from “surviving” difficult events to “thriving” in a fulfilling life.

Life Skills Group

Wednesday from 1:00-2:30 pm.

This is a time for people to set goals, learn, and build on a variety of different life skill topics. Topics will change from week to week

A Space to Grieve & Grow

A 5-week journaling group that focuses on individual grief, loss, healing, strengths, and resources using journaling & discussion.

Thursdays from 10am-12pm. Oct 8th – Nov 5th

Music That Moves

Sundays from 2-3:30 pm.

Music has been recognized as a form of therapy that helps to reduce stress and bring about a mindful state of consciousness. Join us for a 10-week group session where the power of music will be explored and discussed week to week through listening and reflection.

Understanding Diagnosis

Thursdays from 4-5 pm.

Come be authentic about various mental health struggles and learn more about how it impacts us and ways we can live life successfully with it. Topics change from week to week. This comes from a more clinical background, but your presence and involvement change it all.

Artist’s Way

Thursdays from 2:30-3:30 pm.

This is another book group, but it’s also a way of life. It opens a creative side of you that you may think didn’t exist. There’s no pressure in this group. Come follow along in this journey.

Healing From Abortion

Wednesdays from 7-9 pm.

This is a safe space to talk about this topic. Lived experience is required. You are not alone. There is a registration for this group in order to keep it extra safe.

Makers/Crafting Group

Coming soon!

Each month we will spotlight a crafting project and make as many as we can. The items made during this time are sold in the community to help fund our program. You do not need any special talents for this group. Come on out. Many hands make light work. We will have guest speakers on topics of interest from participants one week out of every month during this time.
